Warranty Policy

General Terms of Warranty:

1. All electronic products sold on the almanzil.sa platform guaranteed for 2 years (manufacturer's warranty) except for accessories and accessories.
2. To take advantage of the warranty, please make sure that the original invoice for the product is present in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card is brought to the device, if available).
3. Customer can get. A replacement product or a refund of the purchase value after deducting the use value and the missing accessories if they are eligible, within the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
4. Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse or misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.
5. Product and build quality warranty is provided directly from the almanzil.sa platform and is subject to the manufacturer's policies as described in the product's warranty manual or the manufacturer's website. To obtain warranty the customer can communicate with the almanzil.sa through the contacts section on almanzil.sa.
6. This warranty applies only to products that you purchase within the country of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the “Country”). Products will only be shipped to addresses located within the country, and refunds will only be given to accounts located within the country.
